However, many homeowners come to the nursery looking for Landscape Maintenance, Retaining Walls, Paver Work, Outdoor Rooms, Waterfalls, Clean ups, Tree work and much more. We are more than happy to equally share these leads to the people who purchase from us. Conditions of Sale
Wholesale
- Pricing: Prices are F.O.B. and valid to Wholesale Trade at East End Trees Nurseries Kings Park, New York. Prices contained herein cancel all previous prices / sales and are subject to change without notice.
- Terms: We accept cash & credit card forms of payment – checks are also accepted provided the contractor has a "contractor information form" on file or completes one. Third party checks are not accepted nor do we accept checks from contractor's clients. Returned checks for NSF or other reasons will result in a $25.00 service charge and loss of any discounts. Credit applications are available in our office to establish 30 day credit to qualified applicants. Credit accounts are net 30 days from date of invoice. Overdue and delinquent accounts are subject to a 2% per month service charge (annually 24%) plus the cost of any collection or legal fees. Any account past 30 days automatically reverts to C.O.D.
- Guarantee: We offer no guarantee on our products expressed or implied as to the life, description, quality or survivability and will not be responsible for the result secured in transplanting or resale.
- Pick Up Customers: Acceptance of our nursery material at time of sale is considered to be proof of good health and survivability. The purchaser assumes all responsibility. Any plants that were not covered upon pick up and prepared for delivery may have a high chance of getting wind burn and the nursery will not be responsible. It is the contractor's responsibility to provide and adequate truck tarp – the nursery sells light weight tarps at our cost in order to help contractors.
- Delivery Customers: All plant material becomes the property of the contractor upon delivery to requested site. Any damaged material or shortages must be reported on original invoice and reported to nursery at time of delivery.
- Tax: As required by New York State law, we are required to collect tax on all sales
